Having been the CFO and COO of two successful startups and advisor to many others, our founder observed the perils many startups faced when growing rapidly. The lack of business processes and financial infrastructure prevent many startups from achieving long-term sustainable growth. As a result, many startups plateau or fail, often times referred to as "grew too big, too fast." Axis Advisory was formed to help startups avoid becoming a cautionary tale.
